Secondly: In the light of the latest invitation to resume dialogue issued on 31 January 2013 and according to our communications with all parties – including your societies – you have confirmed to us many times that you will provide us with the names of your representatives who will partake in the dialogue; and, therefore, it has been decided that the first session of dialogue will start on next Sunday (10 February 2013); whereas, and as we had stated earlier, the first session will be allocated to decide the business agenda which will not be accomplished except through participation of all parties.

Thirdly: The other would-be participating parties have all provided the names of their representatives, including names of independent members of the Legislative Authority.

Fourth: We reiterate that Bahrain is in need of a serious partnership to proceed with development and build up more consensuses. We urge you to react positively to this invitation in the light of the Royal directive inviting a resumption of the National Consensus Dialogue on the political theme.

Finally, the highest goal behind resumption of dialogue is to build bridges of trust between all in order to contribute in achieving the best future for all citizens of this dear homeland.
